Phase One is the Concept Plan, for which a set fee, plus expenses is charged. The Concept Plan is a scaled full color drawing which outlines suggested types of plants and configurations of hard landscape features.

Relevant sketches of special features will be produced to help a client visualize Mr. Kruzan’s design

The fee for Phase One varies from project to project and is based on the complexities of the individual project as well as the estimated time it will take to survey the site.

If a site is especially large or complex, a Professional Surveyor will be brought in to execute the survey.
